Dr. Beena Nair is the Associate Dean (PDSE) and Program Chair MBA (E&FB). She is a Fellow of IIM (Mumbai) and holds certification as an AON Hewitt Assessment Expert. She has more than 18 years of industry and academic experience. Her professional expertise encompasses conducting projects and delivering training in diverse areas such as leadership development, HR analytics, group dynamics, and research methods. Dr. Nair has delivered training sessions for prestigious organizations such as Bayer Pharma, P&G, Everest Construction, Credilio, and Astra Zeneca.

She is Doctorate in Management and an MBA in Administration & Tourism Management. She also holds PG in Hotel Administration and is an alumnus of famous ‘Dadar Catering College’ of Mumbai in Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
She has 26 years of experience in academics in various positions. She has had a humble beginning as a lecturer and worked her way up to a position of a Group Director. She has headed three hospitality schools and one fashion & design school for the ITM Group of Institutions, Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and as a Campus Director with Pearl Academy.
Dr. Ketan Chande

Dr. Ketan Chande is a hospitality operations professional turned accomplished educator with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement. Articulate communicator able to effectively interact with students at various academic levels.
He has completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from the prestigious IHM, Ahmedabad. He has an experience spanning over 30 years with 16 years in the industry with many 5 star hotels, fine dining restaurants, banquets and quick service restaurants. He has 14 years of experience in academics in various hospitality management colleges and management colleges.
