Program Introduction

The Bachelor of Business Administration (Management & Marketing) program is a three-year, full-time undergraduate program launched by the PDSE&FBM School in 2021. The program aims to develop highly skilled marketing professionals who are open to innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking. This program aligns with the school’s mission to cultivate business leaders with an agile mindset and to enhance entrepreneurial skills. The program combines both theory and practice to enhance professional success after graduation.

The philosophy of the BBA(MM) program is grounded in responding to the rapid transformations within the marketing industry. As businesses are increasingly reliant on technology-driven strategies to effectively reach and understand their consumers, the program emphasizes current technological developments. Anticipating future business needs, the BBA(MM) program prioritizes trending subjects such as digital marketing, marketing research and analytics, sales & distribution and omnichannel management. This ensures that graduates are well-equipped with a diverse skill set to navigate the evolving market landscape.

Program Structure

The first year focuses on building a strong foundation in business management and marketing principles. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of business, the dynamics of the business environment, and world-class business practices. Through subject-level group projects, they develop essential business etiquettes, soft skills, and an understanding of foundational marketing concepts.

In the second year, the curriculum emphasizes the application of theoretical knowledge through projects such as field-based market research under faculty guidance. Students are introduced to marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and the digital marketing landscape, enabling them to analyze business challenges effectively. The year also prioritizes the development of workplace readiness and the ability to communicate with target markets using consumer data.

The final year shifts focus to advanced marketing topics and the integration of technology-driven strategies. Students gain expertise in franchise models, sales management, and AI-powered marketing. By incorporating emerging marketing technologies and advanced concepts, the curriculum equips students to synthesize knowledge and create innovative marketing strategies that address contemporary consumer and market needs.
