Dr. Urvashi Anand Ohri is a dedicated academician from the field of Human Resource Management and Economics. She has over 12 years of illustrious domestic and International Experience in Academia, Research and Corporate. She taught several courses, namely: Master’s in business administration (MBA), MBA in Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management, MBA In Real Estate Management, Master in Management Studies (MMS), PGDBM, Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPMIR) and several Undergrad programs like BBA (Finance), BBA (Marketing & Management) & BBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management).

She was associated with many leading Management Institutes and Business Schools: JDBIMS (SNDT University) Mumbai, Atharva Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and KIMS in Singapore . Her global teaching and consulting: cover a wide spectrum of areas such as Leadership, OB, Cross-culture integration and Research Methods. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Economics, Geo Politics and Business Environment.  She has taught subjects like: Change Management, Organizational Development, Macro Economics, Business Environment, Business & Society, Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Principles of Management and Performance Management.

Dr. Ohri has 4 years of corporate experience as an HR Business Partner with Omnis Properties LLC a reputed Real Estate firm in Dubai, where she managed a wide array of HR functions including Organizational Development, Training & Development, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, and Talent Management.

Her global consulting experience covers diverse areas including Leadership, Organizational Behaviour, and Cross-Cultural Integration.

She is an active researcher with Four publications in national and international journals of repute, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and knowledge creation. She has also successfully organised and conducted numerous seminars, workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Management Development Programs (MDPs), and club events, enriching the academic and professional ecosystem. With her vivid international exposure and a dynamic background in both finance and education, Dr. Urvashi Ohri brings a global outlook, practical insights, and an unwavering passion for student development and academic innovation.
