Dr. Urvashi Anand Ohri is a dedicated academician from the field of Human Resource Management and Economics. She has over 12 years of illustrious domestic and International Experience in Academia, Research and Corporate. She taught several courses, namely: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Master’s in Management Studies (MMS), PGDM and Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPMIR).

She was associated with many leading management institutes and business schools: JDBIMS(SNDT) Mumbai, Atharva Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and KIMS in Singapore . Her global teaching and consulting: cover a wide spectrum of topics such as Leadership, OB, Cross-culture integration and Research Methods. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Economics and Business Environment. She has taught subjects like: Change Management, organizational development, Macro Economics, Business Environment, Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Principles of Management and Performance Management.

She has 5 years of corporate experience from a Dubai based Foreign Company wherein, she was handling HR role namely: organisational development, Training and Development, Recruitment, Appraisal and Talent Management activities.

PhD in Commerce: "A study of Indian Real Estate Industry with Special Reference to Uttarakhand” (awarded on 22^nd July 2015) from HNB Garhwal University (Centralised University), Srinagar Uttarakhand.

B.Ed.: Specialization in Economics and Commerce from HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Uttarakhand) India.

M.Com: Majors in Economics from HNB Garhwal University Srinagar Uttarakhand.

Com: Specialization in Human Resource Management from HNB Garhwal University Srinagar Uttarakhand.
