With over three decades in sales, marketing communications, consultancy and academia, I continue to nurture the innate desire to unearth what lies beneath the surface and decipher the story. This has enabled me tap into human behaviour to extract points of relevance. I have always nursed a desire to teach, from the perspective of imparting knowledge based on my experience across industries, brands and cultures. This shaped my determination to venture into academia. Beyond the theory, I focus on facilitating engaging conversations to make the content delivery more inclusive, contemporary and actionable. All with an end objective to not only help students understand the underlying principles of management, but with the hope that it will benefit them in their personal and professional lives.
