Dr. Waseem John earned his PhD in Business Administration from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He is a full-time faculty in the area of Marketing. He has more than 5 years of teaching, research and corporate experience. His major research interests include Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Digital Marketing. He has a good command over IBM SPSS & AMOS software. He has also been a resource person to various Research Methodology workshops related to EFA, CFA & Structural Equation Modelling
